Data Deletion Instructions

These instructions explain how to request deletion of personal information held by Frame Vero Media Inc., a Washington corporation operating under the Frame Vero Media brand. They also explain how to remove our connection to Facebook or Meta and request deletion of information associated with that integration.

Your Right to Deletion

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to delete personal information we have collected about you. California residents may exercise deletion rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, subject to applicable exceptions. Individuals in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom may request erasure under the General Data Protection Regulation when the relevant legal conditions are met.

You may submit a deletion request whether you contacted us directly, used services available through https://framevero.site, or connected with us through Facebook or another Meta service. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising an applicable privacy right.

What We Delete

After verifying and approving a request, we delete or de-identify personal information associated with the requester from our active systems. Depending on your interactions with us, this may include contact details, inquiry content, account or profile identifiers, communication history, service preferences, technical records linked to your identity, and information received through an authorized Facebook or Meta integration.

Deletion also covers copies held by service providers acting on our behalf where deletion is required and technically feasible. De-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably be linked back to you is not treated as personal information.

What We May Retain

Some information may be retained when permitted or required by law. This can include records needed to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, establish or defend legal claims, prevent fraud or security incidents, enforce agreements, and preserve the integrity of our systems. We may also retain tax, accounting, transaction, and corporate records for legally required retention periods. Information preserved in secure backups may remain until the applicable backup is overwritten or expires under our normal retention schedule.

How to Request Deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject line Data Deletion Request. To help us locate the correct records, include:

  1. Your full name.
  2. The email address or phone number you used when interacting with Frame Vero Media.
  3. A clear statement that you want your personal information deleted.
  4. A description of the service, website form, or Meta connection involved.
  5. Your Facebook user ID or profile URL, if the request concerns Facebook data and you can provide it.
  6. The state or country where you reside, so we can apply the appropriate privacy requirements.

Please do not send passwords, government identification numbers, payment card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.

Data from Facebook or Meta

To stop further sharing through Facebook, open your Facebook account settings, go to Apps and Websites or the corresponding permissions area, locate Frame Vero Media, and remove the integration. Menu names may vary by device or Meta product.

Removing the integration prevents future access but may not automatically delete information previously provided to us. To request deletion of associated data, also email us using the instructions above and identify the request as relating to Facebook or Meta. We will delete matched data unless retention is legally required.

Verification

We take reasonable steps to confirm that a request concerns the correct person. We may ask you to verify control of the email address or account used with our services or provide information that can be matched to our records. Any additional verification information will be used only to process the request. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authorization and identity verification may still be requested from the consumer.

Timeline

We will confirm receipt of a deletion request within seven days. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. If additional time is reasonably necessary because of request complexity, legal requirements, or backup processes, we will notify you and explain the expected timing.
